THE CHALLENGE
The client's field service business ran on paper estimates, spreadsheet schedules, and manual invoicing split across office staff and crews. They needed a single platform their team could actually run, not another generic project-management tool.
OUR APPROACH
We built the platform from prototype to production: multi-tenant architecture, job and schedule tracking, customer and vendor records, and core operations screens. After launch, we returned to add an AI layer that turns job data into accurate billing and invoices automatically.
THE RESULTS
The client now runs operations and billing through one system instead of spreadsheets and paper. The AI billing layer removed a recurring manual step, and the relationship continued into a second engagement to extend the platform.
