Editorial policy

This policy explains how AIOVIX creates, reviews, discloses, and maintains the material published on its website.

Last updated August 12, 2026

What we publish

The AIOVIX blog focuses on practical work involving AI automation, software products, sales systems, CRM workflows, websites, and digital commerce. Articles should help a reader make or implement a clearer decision.

Review standard

Every article is reviewed before publication for relevance, clarity, factual consistency, unsupported claims, and obvious conflicts of interest. Technical claims are checked against direct implementation experience or credible primary documentation where appropriate.

Authorship and AI assistance

AIOVIX is responsible for every published article. AI tools may assist with research organization, editing, or drafting, but a human reviewer remains responsible for the published version. We do not treat generated text as a factual source.

Paid collaborations

AIOVIX accepts a limited number of paid guest collaborations. Payment does not guarantee publication, editorial control, or a positive claim. Sponsored or paid contributions are disclosed clearly, and links may be edited or rejected when they do not help the reader.

Corrections and updates

We update articles when material information changes or when we identify an error that could affect a reader's decision. Substantive updates should be reflected in the article's modified date. Correction requests can be sent to hello@aiovix.com with the article URL and supporting evidence.

Independence and limitations

Commercial relationships do not determine our technical conclusions. Published guidance is general and cannot replace advice based on a reader's specific legal, financial, medical, security, or operational circumstances.
