Terms of Use

These terms cover use of the AIOVIX website, public forms, demo materials, and project inquiry pages. Signed project agreements, statements of work, and BAAs control paid client work.

Public form notice

Please do not submit protected health information, patient records, diagnosis details, treatment details, insurance IDs, or other sensitive patient data through public website forms. If a project requires PHI, we handle that only after the proper agreement, access controls, and client-approved workflow are in place.

Website use

This website is for general business information, project inquiry, and sales communication. You may not use it to submit malicious content, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the site, or misrepresent your identity.

No medical, legal, or compliance advice

Website content is informational only. It is not medical advice, legal advice, compliance advice, diagnosis, treatment guidance, or a substitute for qualified professional review. Healthcare, clinical, legal, and compliance decisions remain with the client and their qualified advisors.

No emergency use

AIOVIX website forms, demos, and project inquiry channels are not emergency systems. Do not use this website for urgent clinical, patient safety, crisis, or emergency communication.

Demos and examples

Demo products, screenshots, sample workflows, and example content are provided to explain possible software patterns. They may use sample data and are not representations of a live clinical system unless explicitly stated.

Project work

  • Paid work begins only after written approval through a proposal, statement of work, contract, or other signed agreement.
  • Scope, ownership, timeline, payment terms, confidentiality, security duties, support, and warranties are governed by the signed agreement.
  • If a project requires PHI handling, the required access controls, hosting choices, vendor review, and BAA process must be agreed before PHI is processed.

Intellectual property

Website content, copy, design, demo materials, and brand assets belong to AIOVIX unless otherwise stated. Client project ownership is handled in the signed project agreement.

Limitation

The website is provided as-is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AIOVIX is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from website use.
