Voice and Chatbots

Conversations that answer, qualify and book, then hand off to a person when it matters.

AI conversations over phone, web chat and messaging, with a clean handoff to your team.

The problem

Customers ask the same questions all day, across calls, chat and messages, and staff cannot answer them all at once.

How we build it

We map the ten or so calls and chats that make up most of your volume, script the happy path and the awkward ones, then test with recorded real conversations. Handoff rules to a human are agreed up front, so the assistant knows when to stop.

A complete production workflow.

01

Conversation flows

Written dialogue paths for answering, qualifying and booking, including what the assistant says when it does not know.

02

Live phone and chat channels

Voice number, web widget and messaging connected to one brain, so answers stay consistent across channels.

03

Calendar and CRM actions

Bookings, lead records and call notes written straight into your calendar and CRM.

04

Transcript review board

Every conversation searchable with outcome tags, so you can listen back and tighten the script.

Typical voice and chatbots work.

  • →After-hours call answering
  • →Booking appointments by phone
  • →Qualifying inbound web leads
  • →Routing urgent messages to staff
How a project runs

Four steps, no surprises.

  1. 01

    Discovery call

A short call about the goal and the first workflow or feature worth building.

  2. 02

    Written scope

What is built, which tools it touches, what a person approves, and the timeline, agreed before work starts.

  3. 03

    Build and review

Short iterations connected to your tools, reviewed with your team before anything ships.

  4. 04

    Launch and handoff

Go-live with documentation and an owner on your side. You own what we build.

Built with the right tools, not every tool.

The exact stack follows the workflow, security requirements, existing systems, and deployment environment.

Expected outcomes

  • →Fewer missed calls
  • →Callers reach the right person faster
  • →Leads recorded the moment they arrive
  • →Staff handle only the conversations that need them
  • →A clear record of what customers asked

Before we scope it.

Will callers know it is an AI?

We recommend telling them at the start, and we write the greeting so it sounds natural rather than robotic. Voice, pace and interruption handling are tuned on test calls before launch.

What if the assistant cannot answer?

It transfers the call or hands the chat to a person, with a short summary so the caller does not repeat themselves. You set the rules for when that happens.

Which channels can it cover?

Phone, website chat and approved messaging channels, all sharing the same knowledge. We check each platform's current business messaging rules before connecting it.
