AIRA Voice AI

An AIOVIX voice product that pairs a phone-agent experience with an operator view of conversation context.

Phone-agent experience paired with an operator view of the conversation

01

Project overview

A phone-agent experience with an operator view of the conversation

Services: AI Receptionists ; AI Agents ; AI ERP & CRM
Delivery: AIOVIX-owned voice product and demonstration workspace.

02

The Problem

A voice-agent demo has two audiences. The caller needs a natural conversation. The person buying or operating the system needs to know what was captured and what happens after the call.

AIRA was built to show both sides: a phone interaction and an operator-facing call view.

03

What We Delivered

The application connects a Twilio phone path to a voice agent. Production notes specify an ElevenLabs-connected route, while the repository also contains an OpenAI Realtime media bridge.

The agent instructions cover qualification, business questions, lead-capture scenarios, and human-contact requests. The workspace exposes call status, transcript records, summary support, and email notifications.

Booking roleplay uses sample slots. A demonstration can show the conversation without falsely recording a live appointment.

04

Engineering Decisions

Keep voice-provider paths distinct. The ElevenLabs configuration and OpenAI bridge are separate implementations. A deployment chooses the path it is using.

Track call state outside the spoken exchange. Voice and call-status webhooks support the operator view.

Validate provider callbacks. Production requirements include Twilio signature validation, HTTPS webhook configuration, and dashboard authentication.

Make deployment readiness visible. A health endpoint checks the required production configuration.

05

Results

AIRA provides a phone experience that can be demonstrated alongside call information and transcripts. This allows a buyer to examine the conversation and its operational record together.

No production call-volume or latency benchmark is attached to this study. The local version uses an in-memory call store; durable retention and production CRM persistence need confirmation against the deployed version before being included as delivered scope.

06

Technology stack

Next.js, React, TypeScript; Twilio voice and status callbacks; ElevenLabs production-path configuration; OpenAI Realtime media bridge and summary code; Resend; authenticated dashboard and health checks.

Project at a glance

Hear the agent and inspect the call.
AIRA combines an AI phone experience with call visibility, transcript support, and an operator workspace. The product gives us a working environment for demonstrating the voice workflow.

Project summary

AIRA is our own voice-agent product. We use it to show the phone conversation and the operator view together, including what the system captures and what staff would need for follow-up.
