Analyzing competitor activity across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter/X, and YouTube was a full-time job. Marketing teams had no systematic way to understand what was working for competitors, identify content gaps, or generate strategic recommendations backed by real engagement data.

OUR APPROACH

We built an AI-driven social media strategy platform with multi-source data ingestion: Apify-powered scraping for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook, apidojo integration for Twitter/X, and YouTube API for video platforms. The AI strategy engine uses OpenAI GPT to analyze scraped data and generate comprehensive strategy documents with structured JSON output. Features include a Social Pulse Dashboard for engagement metrics and sentiment analysis, Competitor Deep Dives analyzing strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities per competitor, and an AI Content Calendar generating posts with hooks, hashtags, and timing recommendations. Multi-format export supports PDF, CSV, and JSON.
